Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral is required. You can contact ClearPath Kidney Dietetics directly to arrange a free initial discussion. If you have been referred by your nephrologist or GP, we are happy to coordinate care with your existing team.
Can consultations be conducted online?
Yes. All consultations are available via telehealth, allowing you to access specialist kidney nutrition support from anywhere in the United States. Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform at a time that suits you.
What kidney conditions do you support?
